OfflineI'm here at the Buyers Summit in Las Vegas (at the Hard Rock Hotel) and it the last day!
The Dean G group of people treats everyone like "royalty".
The information and instructors are the very best (I'm in the speaking industry myself so I think I know a bit about that).
Also, Margie, the person who responded to my emails prior to the event was so clear with her communication; paperwork and left nothing out- maps, directions, air accomodations, etc. These people really know what they are doing, and they "ooze" integrity. They really want people to succeed.
For me, it's confirmed that this is "destiny" that I'm here. I'm a guitar player and I'm at the Hard Rock Hotel (really?)with signed guitars by all the great "rockers" displayed everywhere on the walls. My only frustration is that I have a pick in my pocket but can't play any of them!
There is "tons" of info given but I don't feel overwhelmed. I feel like "a fish in water" and everything now is starting to "click" with me. All of the book learning is past and I'm now "living" it. I'm ready to go home and to just do it!
I will definitely be back here again to be around these people. I will buy properties from Property Direct and lein certificates.
I strongly suggest that everyone do whatever it takes to get here next time and to do real estate now! Someday I too will be teaching on Dean's team (he doesn't know that yet) and I will share a bit about the obstacles I overcame to get here.

I guess you just contacted Dean's people and asked when the next Buyers Summit was being held? I have heard a little about these events at various DG events, but have not seen specific info which certainly would be helpful. They are held every other month or so, right? If Dean has a website for those events, please provide it here for the rest of us.

You have not seen anything until you go to the edge event in Az. It is the big event for their group and dean himself it the host. Training it by his top students and the contacts you make will last a life time...This april in scottsdale...

after attending one of Dean's events, you come out of there super-motivated! Hanging out with so many like-minded people is beyond words, and the teachings area always such an eye opener.
The important part now is to stay motivated when you go back home and are among non-investors. Come to this site often for support and motivation; it really helps you achieve your rei goals!

That is awesome how do we find out about these events? I just signed up to go to one of the siminars in Sac. But I never saw anything listed for Vegas.

It truly is the "real deal", and Dean and everyone associated with him are great people. You and I still need to do the work, but you are at the right place; this site. Make it a practice to spend 15 minutes daily (just as if you were learning to play an instrument or taking a college class) to read and study this site. It has so much, that you would normally have to pay for at any other real estate guru's site!!!

I attended the Buying Summit this past September. it was held at the Mirage and I believe was the third anniversary. It truly was an amazing event and the speakers were phenomenal.
I highly recommend it to all.
Met so many wonderful people and made a lot of contacts.
Margie is absolutely fabulous! It was so nice to put a face to the many e-mails she sent me making sure everything was in order.
Truly a well thought out, and well planned event.
Would go back in a second.
