I am in Colorado. I wholesale and fix/flip. I have a couple of lease with option properties but don't really consider myself a buy and hold investor.
Looking to expand into Arizona. Send me the info on your best wholesale deal and I will evaluate it and let you know what I see and if it will work for me. Are the properties all coming off the MLS?

What are the terms from your hard money guys?

I love the fact that you are a one-stop-shop but do you or do you know of anyone in Los Angeles, that I can work with? I am desprately trying to find an agent that can get my offers out as quickly as possible. My partner and I have about 40 properties a week. We are also needing a more secure POF such as a bank statement to submit with our offers. Please tell me you know of someone . I wish you were located in Los Angeles lol.

I have a commercial wholesaler out in those parts he also deals a lot with defaulting notes.

But as for your search for a RE agent... post something on Craigslist...

You don't want to tell them everything So they call and trust me they will call...

and don't be afraid to have multiple agents working for you, personally i wouldn't want to do 40 offers a week but then again everyone is different and I keep myself somewhat busy.
