How much does Deans real estate success academy cost?

it cost anywhere from $2800.00 with payments available up to $10,000 if you pay in full and qualify for your refund. i think if you pay 10,000 and do five deals in 1 year you get your ten thousand back. and yes you really get your money back. you will hear so many on here say they got there refund that is what they are talking about.

it depends; it's different for every person, whether you pay in full or payments, etc. etc.

We paid over $55000.00 dollars for this Real Estate Education, it's going same speed as the ones paid $300.00 dollars for it. You got to think about what you able to afford first. It's not easy as 1 2 3 and you got a deal done. We just got one under contract and match up with buyer it's no much fun. They all waiting for reduce price and I only have 14 days to inspection period to sell it. OH god it's stressful doing business with Investor. They friendly faces and talking nice, all come down to this is Business. I did everything I could, and still working on my first deal.

Most of them are in federal prison for fraud and/or have BBB ratings so bad the BBB doesn't want to handle their complaints anymore. Judging by the grammar, an extra zero or two is probably what happened. Can't think of ANY DG products or training that costs ONLY $300. Everything I've seen is either way cheaper or much more expensive.

If any members who HAVE done a deal are any indication, this is NOT a "get rich quick scheme," and never will be. So you can imagine the training is even slower, and results are based solely on your own efforts. You have to call the hotline and be interviewed before you find out anything, and I'm guessing the answer is different for everyone.

If the prices were set and public knowledge, just imagine all the people who would be scared away that could've been successful if they didn't know. Imagine the other side of the coin, people who can very easily afford it, and think they can buy their way into success without any effort. What about the people who would blindly bad mouth Dean and his company once they see the prices without knowing their real value and potential results? Clearly the best approach is to avoid all of those outcomes. Anyone who has a problem with that should purchase the $20 books first, or watch the free videos. They give you more than what you need to make enough to afford more detailed training.

What we don't cover enough, and should CLEARLY have an entire thread or channel for is: Which people did a deal WITHOUT/BEFORE the success academy? Did they then use the profits from that deal to ENTER the success academy? How much faster did they progress after that? This is the stuff we need to get more SA students faster, and motivate those that haven't started yet. Clearly something to think about, and set up in the future...

Dean has a money back guarantee. If you do a certain number of deals (not sure what that number is now, you get a full 100% guarantee return of all your money invested. Its an investment in you. I, and SEVERAL others, have received all their money back after fully documenting and completing all their deals.

That being said, there are 3 levels you can opt to choose. Mine cost $7255 for the level 2.

I did it with 2 very small children, and 2 pre teens, while homeschooling. It was NOT easy, but it takes perseverance, persistence, determination, hard work, dedication and just following the plan laid out for you. There will be MANY failures and many things that DON'T pan out how you'd like and you MUST be able to get back up after failing OVER AND OVER... and that is the only way you will succeed If you have those qualities, you CAN do it.

If you are someone who, after trying several times and fail, tend to say 'this doesn't work' or 'this is too hard' and have a tendency to give up when things don't work out, then you will want to consider very hard whether or not this program is for you.

Its worth EVERY PENNY you put into it, even if you don't get the refund; if you are able to take the information, take action, USE it and CHANGE your life! EVERYTHING is taught to you, and you avoid many costly mistakes. (This doesn't mean you still won't MAKE costly mistakes... if you are going to use hard money, call the success academy even more than I did to scrutinize the hard money lender with you )
