Matt's letter is in Dean's

Matt's letter is in Dean's book Profit from RE Right Now, page 114.

There is also very good criteria outlined in his latest book, 30 Days to RE Cash, found on pages 42 - 44. Both go together very well and should allow you (the Wholesaler) to have an intelligent conversation while interviewing RE Agts!
