It was a pleasure meeting and working with you and Tim in Eugene, Oregon. I know you guys will hit the ground running with real estate. Both of you are very bright and have the passion of what it takes to be successful with real estate.

As you know, I've not done my first deal yet, but I know that, as I apply the amazing Game-plan that Dean has created, and that you broke down so well, into easily manageable 'bites' {You remember: "How do you eat a Rhino?" ~ "One bite at a time."}; that how soon it is until I change what I'm saying to, "Hey, I actually DID my 1st Real Estate Deal, and it was far easier than I once thought it would be"; is Really-up-to-'me'!

I have all the tools I need. It's now time to apply them, and I WILL!

I will definitely let Dean & you know when this day comes for me! You will each be receiving one of the heartiest handshakes & one of the most sincere "Thank you's" that I have ever expressed. I boldly look forward to this day!
