OfflineHello everybody sorry I haven't been on here for awhile, I've been busy making it happen in real estate, have closed 5 Deals this year without a dime of my own money, or credit or JOB, who needs one of them when you can do REI. The best advise I can pass on here if your sitting on the side lines watching, is to get in the game, take action, turn off the TV, etc and just do it, have completed two deals in the last 30 days worth 18k, and I plan to do at least 5 more deals before the year is out, because I can, and you can to, just take action, network, market, go to REI meetings, read and educate yourself.....and when someone says "NO" just keep going til someone says"yes" and they will if you try. This is a people business, the more you talk to the more deals you will find, its just that simple, good luck and take action..

Our journey into the REI business comes in two parts
1. Get the education, enough to know the BASIC theory of REI.
2. Take action in the real world and really educate yourself.
Unfortunately most people never get past stage 1. They think they have to know everything and are afraid to step out into the real world, make mistakes and learn.
I am glad to see that you have made it to stage 2. You have learned things and met people that you would have NEVER done living in theory world stage 1.
