OfflineI am a real estate agent in NYC and became a Dean student in May of this year. Since becoming a student I have been focused on my Investing career and have worked less as a broker in Manhattan. Last week I met with my manager and coach of the firm I work for and boy did I get hit with a concrete wall of negativity. I told him what I have been doing and he said it was a foolish decision and I would end up like the many other agents who have tried investing....A failure. When I left that meeting I did feel drained and a bit skeptical of my choices. But I decided to sign on here and just read. I filled my mind with the good energy you get on this website. I've been doing this for only a few months and have come close to closing a couple of deals. I just keep doing something every single day and I know I'm one step closer to my first deal and many many more to follow.
