usda rural development

hi all. so i was wondering if anybody has used the USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT to purchase properties. i went to a seminar and payed alot of money for information that is new to me. im looking for insight on this type of investment. thanks in advance

USDA

The last I knew, USDA is for owner occupied only. Good news is the will fund up to 106% of the value. If you are looking for housing for yourself it is def a good choice. You must be in an area they will fund in though. Good Luck...Jan
