Hi everyone,
I have a buddy thats also part of the DG family. We are both feeding off of each others motivation and have decided to combine our efforts into one location.

Our plan is to go into PA together and get 2 Realtor, joint buyers and put Deans 30day cash into use !!

My question is, how should we both work this together, should we get only 1 Realtor and work like that or get 2 Realtors (same town)?

What do you guys think of our joint investment idea?

However, there is much to consider when partnering. You should probably draw up some kind of agreement and make sure you are on the same page. More realtors are good as you can have them work different zip codes, and when one is busy the other can pick up the slack.

yes, this is something that we have both given thought to, we do not want any conflicts in which will cause us to bump heads, so a clean and clear plan is being drawn.

As i said, we are following the 30 day cash as a blue print so that we both know whats next and what to expect.

I am very very excited over this and can not wait to see the results...of course as we put in the hard work.
