Here are some that do them in other areas of your state. Try calling them and ask if they can refer you to someone in your area. Or look to see if they have branch offices in El Paso.

Or, if you are still wanting to call around El Paso yourself, ask if they have "a rep that works with investors". If the person answering the phone is not used to investors they may not know what you are talking about when you say "double closings". Most of their biz is regular closings with banks, not creative things, so you have to find the right person (the one that works w investors). But asking if they do "double closings" IS the correct terminology once you find the right person.

We therefore want to know if the title company allows assignments and whether they allow dry double closings, so that the first transaction may be funded by the second transaction.
