I have also spent some time on Bigger Pockets. They do have their own newbies.... but apparently lots of seasoned investors, too. Some good blogs and forums.
I am planning on reading it. Although I had browsed bigger pockets earlier, it finally dawned on me that,yes, they do have seasoned investors, and that the site is a great learning tool.
