Having Vision

Having vision in this industry is a must. As I work with first time Investors on a day to day basis, one of the first things that must be learned is how to have vision, see the potential of what could be. Sometimes this can be very hard for people to change. With any business you must have some vision to see the possibilities with running a new business, working with Investors, taking a distraught property and molding into something new.

I recently rehabbed a property that was horrifying! I've seen a lot of different types of distressed properties. Many that I wouldn't touch myself. However, there are many properties, like the one I just completed that looked beyond terrible and help. With a little vision and hard work, it turned out to be a beautiful little house. Had I not seen the potential and what I could accomplish, I would passed up an opportunity to transform a house to a home and make some money for myself.

Change can be hard. Starting a business has it's difficulties. Rehabbing a property has challenges. Regardless of what you are taking on - you must have the vision to make the change happen. Hold onto that vision until the task in complete. Work hard to accomplish what you had first envisioned. Real Estate is an incredible business to be in. Anyone can do this. Anyone.

Have Vision. Work Hard. Make it Happen.
