OfflineHas anyone tried this app yet? Homesnap app lets you snap a picture of an available property and get information instantly- rough value range, MLS listings, etc. So far, info is available for 90 million homes. Just wondering if anyone has tried it yet?

I think I have only tried it early on and can't really tell you how well it works. I have sort of forgotten about the app.

I've enjoyed this app. It's not perfect, but nothing is. Another app that I like aside from the regulars is called "Card Munch" by Linkedin. This is one of my favorite business card apps and I use it all the time. I used to carry around a business card book to hold all of the business cards that I've gathered. This app takes a picture of the business card, processes the information and files it in an "electronic rolodex" in your app. I love this because it saves time and space and me losing cards!

I will have to get that app. It is a perfect way to use technology and who doesn't always have their phone with them these days? I saw a video on Insider's Elite that showed how many ways we can use our smart phone and this is just another great one! Thanks for commenting on the homesnap app as well. I have to use it more. I haven't tried it, but I will...I think it would be a great tool to have when you're on the go, like driving for dollars and you see properties that look vacant?

I suppose it will let you organize by category, such as re agent, wholesalers, etc. Yeah, will be great at the edge event, and now if they are low on cards, like happened to me once, and I said give to the next person as I knew how to find them on the net, but now I can just take a picture. Too cool!

Unfortunately (for these apps) I have an Android smartphone, but fortunately I prefer Android over iPhone and there are great apps for both. I just with developers would always develop for both when they make a program. I can't find either Card Munch or Home Snap on the Android market. Too bad. If anyone knows of some good real estate apps for Android, please post. I have a few, but wanted to see what everyone else is using. Thanks!
