Be a real estate millionaire vs think a little different course

I have the course and I love it.
The CD's are very motivational and entertaining. You know how infectious Dean is when he is talking about real estate and his successful stories and those of his students!
It is like: (deal of the month + weekly blogs x 4 hours)!
Don't forget you get the booklets and the DVD too!
I have seen some of the success videos on this site and heard some of the stories repeated. I love to see the faces/properties sites that go with the stories.
I do not have the book, so I cannot say if you will "get the same exact info" but I am sure that there is an overlap and like the threads on this site, the more you study something the better you will understand it. I would say if you decide to go ahead and get the course, you will not regret it.

thank you...I will go ahead and get it then...I do enjoy the success stories, and he does get me to feel good bout real estate and gets me excited...Just something bout him...The cds, dvd, and the booklets sounds great, and to have something other than a book(which I thought was awesome) is def a good idea...And I wont regret it, even if it turns out to be the same information basically...So thank you for your input and Ima go ahead and order it...

got the think a little different course bout 3 or 4 days ago...Have to say it is so awesome...Im loving it...The audios are so nice...and the info is great...some of the same as the be a real estate millionaire, but I think in some ways, it has different info or explained in a little more detail...Either way, it is an awesome system...been going through it like crazy...at work I pop in the cd's and listen to them as I am working...at break times and down time, I am reading through the booklets...Been reading at home, and checking on here for new things/postings...I notice myself understanding more and more since I have been through certain areas a couple times, so that makes me feel better and like I am accomplishing something...I am still stuck on some things, but working hard at trying to understand what I need to to make this come together...Anyways, def happy I picked the course up and enjoy it a lot...

I agree, the more you read through the better you understand it.
Use a notebook for the things you have questions about and if the answer does not show up in the materials, it will be covered in one of the Forums here!

Thanks...You were right in saying I wouldn't regret it, and you def helped to motivate me...And I am glad you use my quote to motivate yourself...Makes me feel good...I take notes quite often, and plan on listening to the cds again and doing what he was saying as far goals, and secrets to success...I was at work listening to the cds so really couldn't stop and take notes...I have gone through the 4 booklets already...And plan on going through them again...Actually, the thing that has really caught my attention is the tax sales, and or purchasing the liens on the property...So been trying to get some info on that...I plan on going to the town hall at lunch time tomorrow with questions I have written down...And I have a list of tax delinquent properties from the town next to where I am...So wanna figure that out...As for tonight, I found out bout a property in preforclosure through the foreclosure alert system, so took a drive by it, and really like it...I would really like to buy it cause it looks like I could get a good deal on it and make good money on it...and it is right next to a few developments which will increase the value...But unfortunately, I don't have the money to do so...I thought bout hard money lender(but don't understand them exactly or how they work) another thought was trying to assign it to another investor-or home buyer...Although I wouldn't own the home, so that kinda stinks...I really wanna try to figure out a way to buy it though...so if you have any suggestions, let me know...

With a catchy heading and ask the "greater" community for help.
I have read a lot. I understand many of the techniques. I could suggest a few things, but I cannot even pretend to be experienced. I do know that when we started to learn about RE through the materials, we learned to see the potential to make a lot of money and the opportunities out there and that if we only had the money to benefit we could sour! However if we do nothing more right now than bring a deal to someone else (who CAN afford it) and make a little money into the bargain, we are on our way. Yes?
I do know however that there are people that we are connected to through this site who can direct and give us great advice.
This is our best resource right now.
I will look for and follow the thread and I wish you all the luck in the world.
