Does anyone have any experience in doing section 8 rentals? I am told by one person that its the way to go and by another person that it is not the way to go.
All worked out well. There are good and bad, same as in any group. Just get the good ones, treat them right, and you have a guaranteed income coming in every month. Pretty nice.
