My name is Vincent and I have been desiring to be a real estate investor since 2008 when I joined this community. I purchased Deans book Profit from Real Estate Right Now and Be A Real Estate Millionaire and I was fired up and ready to move. I had also just completely gave my Life to Christ and was newly transformed so you couldn't tell me nothing...LOL...So, I began searching the net looking for more and more info, looking at other gurus, buying other ebooks, and more and more products...I was eager, impatient,ANXIOUS and moved too quick And can you guess what happened...... INFORMATION OVERLOAD, CONFUSION, WASTED TIME AND MONEY....
Fast Forward to today, God sent me on that journey all to bring me right back here to Dean Graziosi.com, my VERY first instinct...(Philippians 4:6 -Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;)...
Not to say that the other products or gurus were bad because I really did learn alot, its just that everyone does things different and when you try to learn from many different people all at the same time you will get confused and stuck...
I said all that to say put God first in all you do and learn to trust him and hear his voice and he won't guide you wrong. Don't be like me and keep trying to reinvent the wheel and keep trying to cut corners...
"DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME IS THE SHORTCUT"...Think about it....
So, now I am focused and ready to change my family's life for the better by succeeding in this real estate business.... I just got Deans book 30 days to real estate cash and i'm ready to move forward.
I declare and decree in the name of Jesus I will close my first deal within 30-60 days...

I think many of us here have found out exactly what you wrote on your post... we have tried other strategies, read many other books, bought more material than what we need, and ended up overloading ourselves with information, getting ourselves stuck before we had even started!
I think that Dean's strategies and materials are very simple to follow, especially his last book '30 Days to RE Cash'; doesn't get any simpler than that!
There is nothing like the DG family! Everybody helping each other out, just like brothers and sisters...

Ahh... info overload leads to analysis paralysis. It's a great thing you came back to safe place. Dean will never steer you wrong. If you have important re questions, don't be afraid to ask us.

I can relate to your story Vince. I too, followed your same path, and ended up not doing anything. Because of "information overload" I too didn't take action. But now, I too, am ready to get off the bench and into the game. I'm thankful and glad to see like minded individuals on this site because it keeps us motivated to keep moving forward. You will be rewarded for your efforts.
I too had information overload. Tried this....tried that.....but didn't really have a clear direction on how to get things "done". I just kept spinning my wheels, getting absolutely nowhere, like I was stuck in quicksand, sinking with every wrong move I made. In the past 2 weeks I've pulled myself together and have 2 properties under contract, but haven't found a buyer for them yet. Reaching out to market this to anyone who will listen to me. I have NO money, but am working my butt off to find a buyer very soon! If anyone would be interested in learning about my deals, PM me. I'd love the connections.

The Best advice that I could give you right now is to keep God first and keep pressing forward... Stick with Dean and the DG family and I would say as soon as you can buy Dean's book 30 days to real estate cash. I have read profit from real estate now and be a real estate millionaire and neither one has had me as pumped, confident, & ready to makes my first deal as 30 days to re cash. .. As soon as I make my first deal I'm going to invest in the success Academy and try to find out when the next 3 day boot camp is coming my way . .. So just stay focused and you will do just fine.
