What I would like to do is take a new topic every few days and see how many of you are handling things. What are you doing to succeed? By taking a look at what you are doing it will help me to help others.

This is my BIG problem right now . I am finding some vary very good deals but have not made a offer on them but I am going to make an offer on one of them today and see where it goes with some of the people that I am working with. Wish me luck. I worked really hard on these houses but a little luck always helps I have learned a lot on Dean's I E site that I think maybe I can do this. My though is I will be getting a buyer by listening to the stories of people who have gone before and done this and then told others how they did it.
Hope I can do it as well by following their ups and downs.

I am finding buyers by attending free events such as; home improvement seminars, workshops at Home Depot & Loews, concerts, health clinics, etc. Right now, I am working a commission job at a small business that sell items people who are remodeling need ( bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets)so I am meeting wholsalers facr to face and making contacts!
