OfflineHi I'm just coming to the end of the 3 day seminar and have been told about the programs and I would love to do the Diamond one but don't have the funds. Husband is very skeptical as are parents. It's scary to think I'll put us that much in debt and wondered if any newbies could provide their experience - did you manage to get a deal done in under 90 days? How long did it take before you made a profit over your original investment?

I may not be able to answer the deal in 90 days. I can say, however, that I just finished a Boots on the Ground event (often taught to Diamond packages) and it went great. The students learned so much. We went through an entire deal, an actual, property deal in the class. The only action we did not do was make the offer. The student that found the house has that opportunity.
The learning that is gained in a diamond package is real life and fantastic. The information is taught by those that do real estate and successful students come from the Diamond packages.
