The first and most important thing is to study to develop your craft. This is no different from anything else we want to learn in any field.
There is so much support and tools on this site, but you should invest in your own "Investor Development" by reading Dean's books, because A Lot of the tools you need are there. There are also other tools that Dean offers; Academy, Boots on the Ground, Videos any many many others. One caveat is studying is required, but don't substitute too much studying for "taking action".
We are here for you, but you need to develop the investor in you.

Just read your post and it was as if you were talking to me. I am reading one of Dean's books and I am setting a goal to read of his books, but the statement you made about "don't substitute too much studying for taking action" along with limited funds and not so good credit taking action is one of the biggest hurdles I have to jump over. Will push
