Joe Jurek changes lives one at a time by training students at Nationwide Boots on the Ground Events

Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Jr. was an American Archaeologist also known as "Indiana Jones" or "Indy". Dr. Jones had many adventures through-out the years. An adventure is conquering the unknown and the uncomfortable. Often going where others do not want to go! It is the ability to have a "no fear" type of resilience and attitude that makes you keep going and going while so many others often quit along the way. Rather than having a Gather's attitude, you have the attitude of a HUNTER! You go out there hunt down and get the deals that others can not find, or are just too scared or even lazy to get out there and do the work to find!

My adventure on DG.com Started on April 28, 2009. Yes, it has been an adventure for more than 4 Years!

Less than a month later, I started my Daily Adventure Journal on May 14, 2009 to keep track of my daily adventures. These chronicles of a new real estate investor helped me to do a little more each day and along the way. I wanted to share my experience with others so I could help and teach others what I have learned. Some of the most important lessons you learn in life could be what not to do the next time around!

In March 2010, Dean approached me about being an instructor for the Boots on The Ground nationwide training events. From the beginning, myself, many other talented real estate investors and Dean's Success Academy Coaches from PMI, were there to teach students about real estate investing.

Since May 2010, I have had the pleasure of training thousands of students. It is very satisfying to know that what I could help students with today, could change their lives tomorrow. To know that I might have a slight impact on a student's life is very gratifying.

Some of the students have made posts on DG.com with excitement about their continued learning, results, general success and even real estate deals they have done.

Thanks for all you do on this site. So much of what you say is accurate, and for me the mindset has been one of the most difficult to overcome - but I'm getting there. I freely admit that there are things I've let one of my partners (and sons) handle because I'm scared to do them. Today we closed our first contract and will get our first payday at the end of the month! This buyer also gave us a verbal committment on the other two houses we are processing contracts on. WOW!!!!

Joe was truly amazing!!! I must say I was a little nervous going into the Boots on the Ground Seminar, but my partner and I decieded that we were going to use this as our STEPPING STONE to success.....and wow...

We had SEVERAL A-HA moments!!! Joe helped us "dot the i's" and "cross the t's" and how wow was the Lowes trip with Joe terrific!! Seriously, what other program not only provides you with the materials but ENCOURAGES their trainers to actually walk us through the ACTUAL products they use in their rehabs??

Seriously we took the training, we went through the basics, and 2 days after the the boots we already have 3 responses to just our craigslist ads!!!!

Today, July 16, 2013, I am approaching 20,000 User Points on DG.com. I was the first DG Member to reach 10,000 User Points in May 2010. As I reflect back that was a tremendous amount of my dedication and personal time to create posts, give feedback & encouragement to DGers, post comments and useful tips, techniques and sharing valuable insight and information that we worked so very hard to learn or create along the way. Rather than keep this to ourselves we gave back like so many others had done before us.

It has been a journey and an adventure. Sometimes we make posts that help ourselves and even help so many others along the way. I hope my posts, information, and comments have helped to touch or change your life in some way.
