Does Buyer need Address of property to Evaluate it?

If you have control over the property meaning have an agreement signed with the seller then there should be no problem giving the address. I usually meet them there or have an associate meet them to let them in to evaluate the property. I have the seller refer all buyers to me. Hopefully someone else can give you an answer for if you don't have an agreement signed. I always have one signed before contacting my buyers list.

The buyer will need to have the address. He/she needs to know where the property is located and have the information they need to do their due diligence in order to determine if they want to do the deal.

There really is no way to evaluate a property that you don't even know the address for. They have to be able to look up the property and even go through the property to see if it is something they want.

You will want to give the buyer has much information as you can about the property, but only after you have it under contract. For the buyer to do all his due dilligence they will need to get into the property, and because you are assiging the property to the end buyer you will need to cordinate that. Always plan on have the buyer go through the property and make plans to be able to get them in on a timely basis.
