OfflineI really feel it is so important to have the right type of attitude as you are getting into real estate investing. Having the right type of attitude will make or break you as you are working to become successful.
Understand that Failure is a crucial part of successful real estate investing. I love the quote that Winston Churchill gave when he said "Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts". I love this. He also said that "Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm". These two quotes really speak for themselves. Knowing that failure is part of a successful career. I love this forum section because we can lift each other up and help each other out and provide feedback, and knowledge to information wanting students all over the country.
