I am the one who actually have made my first move with #69 rehab that belongs to one of our DG family here.
Can you believe it?
I made my very first move after 8 months from the time that I attended one of the free local event.
All these times, I have been reading Dean's book, watching EDGE video, and diving into this website.
And then, finally the Forum about "#69 Rehab" caught my eyes and ordered my both hands to put out the ads in the free classified section.
Finally starting from that moment, I felt like I am in the total control of my life.
So far I have received two phone calls to my Google voice number.
(By the way, I tried to answer the incoming calls when it first rang although my heart was filled up with 50% gladness & 50% fearfulness.
Unfortunately, the Google voice system was giving me the option to press 1 to answer the phone.
When I pressed 1 to answer, the touch key-pad did not sense my finger and it went over to the automatic voice mail. It happened every time.
What is the best way to fix that problem with Google voice phone system?
Did anyone have same experience as I did?)
And getting back to the track here, one of the callers was a lady who thought that Beverly Hills in Florida was the Beverly Hills in California.
After a long phone conversation with my "almost perfect" faked-ness, she has asked me to find her a place like that kind of good deal within Los Angeles area.
Her current situation is that she needs to move-in by end of this month with her numerous dogs.
If I can bring her a wholesale property, then she's willing to purchase it.
If not, then she's willing to go for a 'Lease to Option' as well.
She was asking me how much I'd charge her to find her a good 'Lease to Option' place for her.
Can anyone advise me?
She said the number of bedroom can be either 2 or 4 if I cannot find her a perfect 3 bedroom house.
I'd love to go out and find a good deal by browsing a perfect home for her;
It's just that she needs to move-in by end of this month with her puppies.
She's waiting for a good news phone call from me.
Please let me know if any one of you have or know anyone who has a good deal in that area.
(Oh, and the other phone call was a man who happened to be a investor from other country. He said he used to buy and flip some potential properties before.
He was currently just browsing today's market in downtown L.A. he said.
He was asking me all those detailed question about Beverly Hills neighborhood in Florida.
I was in panic with my heart, but I didn't show it though ^ ^.
I remembered that I need to fake it until I make it.)
Help me~ my DG family.
I hope I can get some replies before heading to Tammy's REIC meeting tonight.

How old is the buyer? (would a 55+ community work)you better guess on this one.
