I have lots of commerical buyers, I would suggest you to build your database by using linkedin. YOu'll find a lot of commercial buyers as well as wholesalers. The key is to finding key buyers is by doing a search for principal buyers or asset manager. Principal buyers in whatever state u choose will help you find actual buyers and not their reps...when u search for asset manager u get in touch with hedge funds, or big investment groups that are buying and selling assets. I have several homes in Michigan under a LLC that are paid off and would like to know how to take a loan under that LLC name (to get cash out) for other investments. I was rejected by Wells Fargo because they tol me that I can not take a loan under the LLC name, is that true?
I have a linkedin account, I just don't know how to operate it because I'm not on there that much. Can you tell me how to search for this information? Thank you sooooo much! I greatly appreciate it.
