OfflineI have read two of Dean's books and almost the entire series of Rich Dad Poor Dad. I am keen to invest in real estate, however, I do not want to do it alone and at present I do not have the capital to invest.
So....I am looking for a partner. I will do the research, grunt work, etc from a far as I live in California and real estate is incredibly expensive here.
If you are keen to have a chat and see if we can work together, I would love that.
Plus in the future, I will have capital to contribute, just not right now. Thanks
