The first book we read was Rich Dad Poor Dad and from there our path has been defined. Prior to that we were aimlessly living life. While we continue to work on our goals and direction, a few diversions along the way, I have found my way to the DG style of Real Estate Investing. I am on book #2, looking for properties in my local market, and focusing on rent-to-own projects, helping people get on the property ladder. I am making contact with hard money, sellers, buyers and am nervous! But I am working it!
