EDGE 2014 is in the record books! Were you a part of history? Or did you miss it?

EDGE 2014 is in the record books for another one of Dean's events that will change lives! Heck, I might even say it will change generations! It will change neighborhoods and I believe will even have a positive impact on the economy by DGers doing one house, one deal at a time coast to coast!!!

Were you there? Were you part of history? Did you miss it? Were you unable to make it there this year? If you made it there, you know what I am talking about when I say it was another tremendous event put on by Dean and his staff to help take our real estate business to the next level. Whether you were a newbie investor or a seasoned veteran you came away with many golden nuggets to get you on your way toward that next deal and maybe even build your business with an idea of direction and growth.

If you did not attend this event, you will have to get there next year., That is a PRIORITY! No excuses. How bad do you want this? Are you willing to do what others are not willing to do? It is time to make the commitment to change your life!

How do I describe the EDGE. It is almost like one of those situations where someone says "you just had to be there". Or it is trying to describe the best dessert you have tasted in years. No matter what you say will they really understand? I also compare it to the Chicago Bears winning the NFC Title Game and they were on their way to the Super Bowl in 2006. As a diehard fan I was at this game at Soldier Field in Chicago. The Bears were leading by a large margin in the 4th quarter. You knew they were going to win and go the the Super Bowl. It started to snow and the crowd roared with cheers. Cheers for the snow, cheers for the Bears and cheers for knowing our team made it to the Super Bowl. If you are a sports fan you know what I am talking about. Every year you wonder if this will be the year?

As a real estate investor it is no different. It is like that. The goosebumps you get when you are at a 4th of July parade and the fighter jets do a fly over. Goosebumps when you see fireworks at Walt Disney World over the castle for the first time. This is what attending the EDGE can do. EMPOWER YOU and give you those Goosebumps or like my friends in Hawaii call it "chicken skin".

As a real estate investor it is no different. Will this be the year for you? Will you feel like you made it to the Super Bowl with your real estate investing?

The EDGE is an awesome opportunity to learn and hear what others are doing. You have an opportunity to get the education by others sharing their tips, techniques and strategies. You also have an opportunity to network with so many DGers live and in person. I am sure there were many new friendships made this past weekend as well as some business partnerships or joint ventures. You leave energerized like you can go out and tackle the world!

My wife Stacey and I had a great time seeing some old friends as well as making new friends with other DGers. Thank you for coming up to us to let us know how much you were enjoying the event. We had people approach us at the EDGE, at the Breakfast Club Restaurant, at Wal-mart, after Sunday Mass, in the airport and even on the plane back home! THE EDGE BUZZ WAS ALL AROUND THE TOWN!!!!
