OfflineIs there a season for bandit signs? In the summer months these signs were all over the place, then once the fall came they vanished. I haven't seen a single one insight. I was wondering if maybe there's a certain law that prohibits the "We Buy Houses!" signs during this time of year. I see the "Rent to Own" ones up now. Are you still using this approach in your business? This may be a dumb question, but I am just curious.

Not a dumb question, I do not know the answer though. I have noticed here too that there is not one of those signs around anywhere lately.
I think that the "life span" of a new wholesaler lasts about 6 months give or take then they get disinterested or discouraged if not trained well and get out of the wholesale business. I have noticed that ones in my area that were in 5 months ago are now gone.
That may explain why bandit signs are up for a while then dissappear. Just one guess as to why the signs vanish.

Thanks for the input. Well I guess that opens the door for more business right! Since 95% of these wholesalers disappear, therefore, leaves 95% more business to generate. I guess I will be placing me up some signs and start getting some motivated sellers to call me. Like the great Warren Buffett states why he is so successful, "I watch the worlds reaction, then I go in the opposite direction", or something close to that... you get the point!
