Ok, I see this all the time and I want to create a challenge. Currently, there are 12 users online and 359 guests. A few years ago, there used to be so many users online it was UNREAL. It seems this site has gone by the way of lurking and hidden presence. This disturbs me because it was a place I used to go for ALL my support.
I now see new threads die before they start because they get buried without a reply. Once popular threads have been abandoned because the 'what's hot' algorithm was changed.
I want to ENCOURAGE all you guests to say hi on this post. Log in, and tell me why you're here and how this site is helping you. WE WELCOME YOU TO THE DG FAMILY AND WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.
I also want to encourage people to use the 'what's new' tab instead of just looking at the 5 currently posted topics over here on the right ----->>>>. What's new will give you access to ALL the new threads. As a community, it is our responsibility to revive this site to the grandeur it once had. Who's in?
Who will be brave enough to log in and do their first post to the site? Let's see how many first time posters we can get on this thread. Reply with your name, where you're from, and what you want to experience here at DG.com. I double dog dare you!

I'm logged in Tammy. I come to this site to look for new information and help others if I can with what I know and experienced so far in my real estate career. Also I like to read my fellow DG members post on successful deals, which lights the fire in me to keep pushing forward faster.

i am a beginner and want to be part of a really strong network of people i have done a few guru conferances but decided that dean is still the best . i now just have to get together with people that can help and assist. i can do it determind and broke but have the ability and the go to get this done
I am currently reading deans 30 days to cash and following the blueprint I hope to post soon with my first deal
