OfflineI learned a long time ago that someone else may have a better way of doing something or accomplishing something. This does not make me wishy-washy or a man who lacks principles. It does make me realize that I do not know it all.
If you are new in this business, listen carefully to those you have gone down the road you are wanting to travel. Understand that you do not have to go in and reinvent to wheel. The system has been tried and found to be true. It may take some time, but if you are diligent you will be rewarded.
Learn. Ask questions. Do your best. You will win.

Fantastic advise! I find it better to learn from others mistakes, than make them myself. It sppeds up the learning curve tremendously when you have a mentor that has been there, and can lead you around hurdles and pit falls.

often times we feel discouraged since we are not knowledgeable regarding something new.
and it is wise as you mentioned to follow advice of those who have come before you who have succeeded in their respective field especially real estate investing
