Find out if you are living your full potential

I would like to start out with a quote “ALL THAT WE ARE IS THE RESULT OF WHAT WE HAVE THOUGHT. THE MIND IS EVERYTHING. WHAT WE THINK WE BECOME.” –Buddha
In Dean’s book, “Totally Fulfilled”. Chapter #2 talks about limiting and limitless believes. In this chapter Dean helps you identify what thoughts you currently have and how to change them, It will change your life.
It has always interested me that something so easy is so hard to do. Why is that?

How many of us are guilty of not doing the easy stuff? In Dean’s book he teaches you what successful people have done and how to implement these same strategies into your life. We want to learn from the best but when we learn what they did to be successful we say, “oh I knew that”. But yet we don’t do this simple things, because it is too easy. I am here to tell you that if you want real success you are going to have to make time to do the easy stuff.
What is the easy stuff I am talking about?

#1 is setting your goals using the SMARTER format.
So ask yourself do you have your goals written out? Are they current or outdated? Do you look at them every day?
If not, you are missing the foundation of your success. You have nothing to build on. You are on a path to nowhere.
If this is you, I want to encourage you to take the first step toward success, whatever that is for you. Write down your goals using this S.M.A.R.T.E.R. format. Then look at your goals every day.
Can anyone tell me why it is important to look at your goals every day?
To recap, it puts your focus on what needs to be accomplish that day.

#2 Allowing your mind to only be in the positive. Stomp out any negative thoughts. This is the first step in believing that you really can have success.
What are some ways to keep your mind in the “Positive”?

#3 See what you want in your mind’s eye. This ties in to your affirmations and your vision board.
This is an important part of your success. I understand that many of you may not completely understand why. A big part of this has to do with your mind. I would like to share a part of one of my favorite books, “”Today I begin a new life” by Og Mandino
“A dream without a clear vision of how to create it is nothing more than fantasy. Action without passion is just boring, mundane, repetitious hard work. Action is required to turn our dreams into tangible reality. The secret to sustained action is a vision that ignites passion. This kind of vision is only received when we consciously go to the stage of our mind in search of answers for how we can more effectively engage, embrace, connect, serve, create and contribute.”
