Good evening everyone,
I'm not sure if I should use to find a Real Estate Agent (out of book - 30 Days to Real Estate Cash)in the pages, or the link that was sent as well.
It's different in both!
Someone let me know!
Thanks so much!

then call up the Keller-Williams Real estate offices, and I believe REmax is another that is often investor friendly. You can also go to your local real estate investing club and ask other investors who they use. Just ask around and you can probably find several. Sometimes we make it harder than it really is to do the steps. You just have to ask until you find them. I know when I started I was afraid to call, and didn't know what to say, but it just takes time and practice. Best wishes!

you may want to fill out some info on your profile so that other investors here can know a little about you and where you're from so that we can network with you...
To find an investor friendly real estate agent read pages 33 through 41 of 30 Days to Real Estate Cash.
