Start with the last page and work your way forward. We like to work with the smaller attorneys so we get personalized service and more flexibility.

Overcome your FEAR and take some action. If you do not start to overcome your fears then you will be in your same situation next yr and every year after. Grab life by the horns !!!!

I also asked at my local REIA Club

and the real estate agent referred me to a good one with reasonable prices as well.

Great!! Yes a referral from someone who has already used and recommends is by far the best referral. I know from investing remotely that this is the preferred way of finding and using an attorney. This will save a TON of time !! Good advice !! I can say that making those calls to gain experience for a beginner is essential.
