I have a broker's license and have an LLC through which I have close a handful of deals. I am not an active RE broker - have used my designation to purchase homes for me and a few friends over the years. What are the pros and cons of using this LLC to do investment deals. I would really appreciate feedback.

I don't know that there any pros & cons to using that LLC. When you are wholesaling it doesn't matter since you are not closing any deals in your LLC you are passing them off to your buyers.
I say offer away.
