Got the edge event.. Awesome. put out bandit signs (13) received two calls one looking for a rental and one looking for a house (50K cash) (awesome), called first realtor (ReMax)placed two offers today. Received call back stating that investors are giving 0-1 day inspection due to the limited inventory... Also, same RE office has their own team of 3 people doing nothing scouring the MLS and making offers.
Wondering )more bandit signs? more aggressive offers?

Find an appropriate topic to post your question/comment in, or create a new topic for your question/comment. An example of this would be:
In a topic called "What is a short sale?", people are all talking about short sales in it, but you add a reply that says "I have bad credit, how do I buy a house with bad credit?". Since that has nothing or little to do with the original message on "short sales", and is inappropriate. You will be warned for thread hijacking. If you are a prevalent hijacker, even after lots of warnings, we will have to disable your ability to post replies to topics or stories.

for posting this topic, love Matt love his teaching its the best. I think it is related to talk about deals here, Brian yes I agree with Adam more more, more offers, more bandit signs like Adam said tied to stop signs light poles poles in the intersections, etc.
use a google # so no one can trace you dont put your last name or co name on your greeting of course. We have to get serious & aggressive about wholesaling! So yes dont be discouraged, that RE co is only doing craigslist & the MLS I bet, we are calling banks & RE attorney's for deals, banks for foreclosures & re attorneys for probates.
we should be calling agents for pocket listings & back up offers & doing 25:1 & also calling other wholesalers to co wholesale deals & sending them our deals to make sure we co wholesale them. We should also be calling bk attorneys & divorce attorneys for deals too & doing mailers. All of it & our lead flow will start to catch fire.
Alright now lets go kick butt! Adam nice post I loved it I love your momentum & enthusiasm seems like you have caught the eye of the tiger!!!!!
