I'm Ken and I'm Brand new to all this. Signed up on this site last year but didn't do anything. Now with the economy the way it is, I decided to get Serious. Have started reading Dean's Book..."Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and I'm ordering his new book today.
I know Absolutely NOTHING about all this so I think it's going to be a challenge but I'm willing to keep at it until Success happens. Anyone that can pass along helpful guidance or advice (to a REAL NEWBIE)...it would be very appreciated. Your replies are very welcome as I will need all the help I can get. (lol)
I look forward to learning what to do to make all of this a Success and networking with all of you that are more experienced than myself.

You're in the right place. These members are the BEST I've found anywhere. They're always willing to help out a newbie and a wealth of knowledge. Read the posts here and you'll learn a lot from them, and don't be afraid to ask questions. You'll be amazed at the quick responses you'll get.

You are doing the right thing, and now is a great time to get started. I wish you the best of luck. My advice is to be persistent, and not let anyone/anything stand in your way. Your biggest obstacle is most likely going to be your own fears. Take one step at a time, and commit to learning something new whenever you can. I've learned a great deal from this site just over the last month or so. Here's another good RE site with free information:
