I'm working with a new RE agent and she asked me was I doing paper flips or selling paper. I'm not really sure what she's asking but any help would be appreciated and I hope this is not a dumb question thanks everyone.

Hi my name is Stan I am new, and eager to learn I am studying Deans book 30 days to real estate cash and I am looking for direction as I am certainly desperate to make an income.
I am recently out of work and urgently need to make this work. I have been studying real estate investment, to the best of my ability for many years now, and I have purchased 3 of my own residences through land contracts and other no money down methods. I have been looking forward to finding a workable plan written by Dean, as I have great respect and admiration for his advice and his giving spirit.
I am now looking to take things to the next level and am hoping to find a mentor, can anyone point in a good direction. Also I would like to know who is using Matt Larson's script for finding R.E. agents to work with, and are you having any good results.
