OfflineI have to be honest & say that I have been half assing it or even quarter assing it 
& that is why I only made 25k last yr and nothing this yr yet 
but I only have myself to blame no one else, I wonder who else would be willing to admit that I am on a roll now have 2 under contract and working on other leads etc. but have to keep going each day, and then another day & bam big profits will come.
This is my yr, going to bust out finally I am sick and tired of being mediocre & having lack instead of abundance. How about you?
