I'm going to view a property tonight, and the Realtor asked us "do we have a pre-qualification". The house is $200K and we intend of assigning the property to a buyer.
We ourselves can't afford the house, does that mean we can't put in offers on these houses?

I hope you were able to have luck with this home. It is always good to look at homes on the market to assess values and give you ideas for fixing up a flip in the future. Be sure to tour some open houses as well. If your getting started as an investor, a confident phone call and good questions will go a long way with realtors. Good Luck
