This is my first post so please forgive me in it's not in the right place.
I have been focusing on pre foreclosures and trying to start building my buyers list.
So I called one of the I Buy Houses Adds and told him that I am doing Short-sales
and would like to add him to my list. The Investor asked me to Fax over my Questionnaire. My question to you is what Questions should I be asking on my Questionnaire for my Buyers/Investor. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks Bryski

Personal information
Preferred method of contact?
What neighborhoods are they interested in?
what type of property? SFR, Multi-family, etc?
How many bedrooms, bathrooms, sq ft, etc?
Age of property? Some investor won't deal with houses that are older than 1950
How much rehab work do they want to do? cosmetic, structural or mechanical
How do they caluculate a good deal? Is it cash flow, equity, etc?
What price range are they looking at?
How much cash can they come up within 10 days or less?
Are they pre-qualified with a bank? For how much? Have they used them before?
What are their exit strategies? buy and hold? buy, fix and sell, etc?
How many properties have they purchased in the last year?
How many properties do they plan to purchase in the next 12 months?
I think the buyer/invester would tell you what they are looking for to
buy,But then again!On the questionnaire what(Location-structure-price)
are you willing to invest in.
