OfflineHi all I am new to this process and I loved Deans new book. I am now reading his other book Be A Real Estate Millionaire. I am not ready to join the Real Estate Success Academy due to finiancial concerns. However I would like to get my first couple of deals going and use the proceeds from that to join the Academy,is this reasonable? Just looking for some feed back. Thank you.

Absolutely. Just start with the steps in PFRERN and you're on your way. Dean gives all the tools you need in there. If you decide at some point to join the Success Academy you won't regret it, but absolutely you have all you need with what Dean provides here and in the books to be a HUGE success!
