Has anyone used HomeGain to find their Agent

Has anyone used HomeGain to find their Agent

Just wondering if anyone has used www.homegain.com to help find the right real estate agent? I stumbled upon it while browsing through some foreclosure listings in my area. Basically you fill out a short form, then the agents come to you. I figured at the very least it will help me build a list of contacts in the local real estate market right????

Any time an agent comes to you it's a good thing. A motivated agent brings motivated buyers and investor's! They can be a great asset when looking for info on homes. Expired listings, etc........ Great Success!

Real Estate Agents

Thanks for the posting of information. It is great to find a realtor that wants to work with you and makes time to help you achieve your goals. It is a win-win for both parties. You may want to visit some open houses to meet other agents, this is a great way to make small talk and (interview) the agents to see if they are open to work with your concepts for investing. Good luck on all your deals. Believe and Achieve! Smiling Indiana-Joe

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured since it was a free service it couldn't hurt me on my path to success. Speaking of my path I guess I should also let some of you in on my story. I'm 31, broke, jobless, and in need of a serious life change. I'm hoping Real estate investing will finally be that change that leads me down the path to financial success!!!

I'm so much of a newbie here I haven't even received deans books yet, however with the unlimited amount of knowledge throughout the forums I was able to already begin the process of setting up my LLC, finding an agent, getting a site up asap, etc. etc. etc.

Since I have zero money, and pretty bad credit I am planing on focusing my efforts on REOs, and hopefully getting a few assignment or double closings deals done in the Southern New Jersey Shore areas completed within the next few months in order to finance my future deals.

If anyone is in this area let me know and maybe we can begin this journey together.

As far as the books go.I can't wait to get my hands on them in order to begin learning the finer details of this business such as figuring the FMV of a property or for that matter just being able to know if I found a good enough deal to attract cash buyers to assign them too.

I already know most investors are looking for 35-50% below FMV, but my question is once I find a deal how do I find the "end buyer" Guess I need to get started on a buyers list asap huh?

Well I guess I've been rambling a little to long here, but i just wanted to introduce myself a little. I wish everyone tons of success here on all their deals.

home gain

Villa I just had to try out homegain right after you mentioned this and went to their site that same evening and filled out some information and such and in a short period of time I have had four real estate agents contact me wanting to work with me in buying and selling properties and three of them work with other investors in the area as well and have been in this business for some time. They basically sent me a resume of their qualifications and such. Now all I have to do is read all of them completely and write them back. Seeing how they have other investors as well they are working with now I can try and find out what kind of properties these investors are buying and see if I can help in this. Thanks for posting the information would not of given this site any thought so soon.
