I have a question for the DG Family. Has anyone came up with a wish list of how much they want to make in real estate investing? I have and was wondering if anyone else on the site did the same. For example, say if I made $2000 off one deal, I have a written plan of what I would do with the money. Has anyone else done the same. I would love to hear from DG superstars on this subject.

I have thought about this every time I go online to look up properties. My list is too big to give all details but it boils down to something like this. After my first deal, take half of the profit towards current bills, the other half in a business account to reinvest with. Do that over and over until current bills are $0. Then start paying off older bills that are ruining my credit with half and continue adding other half to investment account. At that point, i will start concentrating on my loved ones. Buy my ex-wife(who I still love) her dream house for her and my kids. Using Dean's techniques of course. Then start helping my friends with thier bills. Alot of people have helped me through alot of tough times and I can't wait to repay them. Of course I want a house for my daughter and I to call our own. All along the way I'll contribute a good amount to the Make-A-Wish foundation and St. Jude's Hospital.
My goals are always being changed and updated on a regular basis. I have not put an amount of what I want to make. I just want financial freedom and the ability to be able to do what I love....Real Estate and spending time with my family.
Thus, you may want to consider setting smaller goals and attaining them and then raising the bar with a higher and higher goal. Before you know it you will be well on your way! Good luck on all your deals. Believe and Achieve! Indiana-Joe

My plans are to keep current on the daily living expenses. Use whats left to start the credit repair course and re-invest. Great success........Lubertha
