Hi iam Claudia,
I just got divorced he took the kid and if i dont do something i will be in the street soon.
Enybody please help me.

Id say, read the books first...Obviously quick...And work on putting offers in and assigning properties...There is a ton of info on here that can help you out...

That I think is your best bet...There isn't anything on here that will make you money over night, and it takes time and effort...The more effort and time, the better chance you have of making things work...

You aren't gunna get rich quick, but if you work hard enough, you can make a decent amount of money...Good luck
