Thanks Dean you brought out this subject. In my almost 4 years working in a private company I accumulated at least 67,000.00 dollars in my 401k. The reason why I saved this much because I maximized my contribution to 50% although the company matches only half of the 6% contribution, In addition to this, I put more on my catch up contribution, hence in my 4 years in the company I accumulated this much. The above amount was the actual amount in June 2008 and up to this time I was down to 52,000.00 only. As of now, I stopped contributing to my 401K now besides the fact that the company do not match the 6% of my contribution. I need to monitor my 401k almost everyday to find out the status of stocks and funds in that way I could diversify it. I can't do anything, I can't roll it over to my IRA because I am still with the company. I can't withdraw it or else I will be charge a huge penalty. Anything you could suggest to make use of my 401K? Any options..I do appreciate it very much...dom
hi dom i feel your pain . i am sure we are not the only ones.i have been at my job 8 years and have seen my investment drop out of site.that is one of many reasons i invested with dean graziosi !! although i dont know what you were invested in BUT now is the cheapest time to BUY!! just as in the case here as dean tells us the PRODUCT is the cheapest in history buy now !! selll later !! as in both our cases we may be better off using our 401 or 457 to invest in realestate as matt taught me in a question answer post just last night!! you may want to check it out. sorry not sure how to quote the post but it is under ask matt larson a question !! goodluck dom i am sure we will learn more soon!!

Hi jbtoggs..likewise I invested also in Dean's real estate. I have read his books and I am very motivated I can't wait to begin my first killer deal. I am not in hurry because I want to perfect the transaction. In my community alone located in a nice location there are at least 10 properties to chose from. I want to try flipping or assignment deal. I have a friend who was pre-approved for a certain amount already. If in case I can't flip it, I am buying it myself that is why I need at least a ready amount. My credit is excellent and I can use it. dom...
this site certainly does MOTIVATE us!!i have not closed my first deal yet since joining deans success academy but have 3 deals in progress one of which should close any day now! am REALLY EXCITED to get first deal done BUT I WANTED TO SAY i want to learn assignments because just as you i have great credit but will eat up credit lines and loans after a few deals .i have already seen that getting a loan with great credit isnt all that easy especially when it is an investment property.what happens when you have 5 or 6 deals ?? then start learning assignments??? i believe it is wise to learn them BEFORE we eat up our tool pouch so we can use it for that MONSTER DEAL ON THE SPOT!!! that you and i know comes every now and again !! just a thought dom !! what you think?
