OfflineI learnd a few things today:
1) Deals that have more than 1 wholsaler NEVER work out!! If you come across this MOVE ON!
2) Don't trip over pennies on your way to dollar bills!!
Meaning today I had to lower my assignment fee on a super great deal on a 4 plex to make the deal happen. Still made $1,000. Better then losing the buyer!!
