OfflineOkay so I was printing off some of the agreements in the forms section and I was wondering if the Witness on these documents has to be a Notary or the document has to be notarized in some form? I'm sorry if this question belongs in another section and if so could you point me in that direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

it's best to get it Notarize by a Notary cause they stamp it with their stamp and it's recorded in their records. You can get another person to go with you even if it's your spouse to be a witness to the transaction besides the Seller and yourself.
