I was wondering if there were other investors in the DG family who are fairly new at this and would like to work together in the central pa area? I do mean working together, and not just via phone.

Good Luck finding other DG members in PA to form your group. You maybe able to find future members at a local real estate club meeting. Even a few people getting together on a monthly basis to share ideas can make you learn even faster.

Yeah, I think that I will have to give that a try. I've got absolutely noone in my corner with me right now and things seem to have gone south for me. My agent seems to always be "pretty busy" as of late and hasn't been sending me over any new mls listings, so it seems that I'm back to square one again.

That is what you need to do Max. It is always good to work alone, but it is better to work as a team. It bring more results and you could always bounce ideas off each other. Everyone might not come across your post for a while, therefore as you research the site you might find someone from PA to which you could make a request to partner. Good Luck.
