OfflineWhile at a REI Club meeting this past week, one of the investors told me about a great way to get the estimated value of homes. He referred me to this site.
https://mortgage.chase.com/pages/other/home_value_estimator.jsp
You just type in the address of the property, and it gives you the estimated value. It seems to be correct in it's estimations.
If the site doesn't already have one of these, then I would like to ask if the admininistrators of this site would add this sort of application. That's if it doesn't already have one. It would be REALLY helpful.
