I was on craig and i found a post for REA and Brokers.
To get info on flat rate Comm,I read as much as my eyes could handle.The process is to get seller's involved in paying Flat Fee for selling for them, Rather than Comm.Which meaning;Why would you run all over town...When you could get paid for presenting(LIC.)
I think the idea is good for our many friends that are REA!
And even better for REI.
The AD talked about targeting...FSBO.
